This article explores the pros and cons of eating gluten. Typically non-animal foods aren't considered controversial, but the gluten-free craze has caused people to ask questions. As a Nutrition major, I like to stay current on what people are and aren't eating and why. The article (found on Legion Athletics) explains that if you don't have a condition, called celiac disease, there is no reason why you should avoid gluten.
